Patrick over at Pays to Live Green usually has some pretty neat contests for companies that are making an effort to create environmentally products. Of course, he also writes about a lot of really interesting Green Topics, so don't feel obligated to only check him out for the cool contests he runs.
I think some of my favorite posts over at Pays to Live Green are his evaluations of the effects of current legislation, which is intended to help the environment. Patrick evaluates these programs objectively, pointing out the good things as well as the bad. He also has some really neat posts about how you can reuse common everyday items, like cardboard boxes, and make sure that they don't simply end up in a landfill.
Its Not Too Late
His current contest is over tomorrow, but it is not to late to sign up and you don't have to do anything other than comment over on his blog. This giveaway is for a company called Green Smart, which creates a number of different products using recycled materials and makes an effort to complete the manufacturing process in a very environmentally way. They have a lot of really cool bags available right now, including laptop bags, lunch bags, and even bottle kozies.
